Operations Lead
Salary PS10: (£43,923 to £47,681 FTE). Starting salary £43,923
Full time, 52 weeks per year
Flexible working requests will be considered, including term time with only some school holiday working
Working hours will be agreed with Headteacher, as will require some early starts/late finish to cover the needs of the role.

 We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Lead to provide the overall strategic and operational leadership and management for all aspects of Health and Safety, ICT, Premises, catering contract, administration and operations support in our school. This role will suit someone with a proactive attitude, as well as being an excellent people and project manager.

You will be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Headteacher of the school. The role will have the responsibility to refine and develop high quality systems and services to provide an excellent learning experience and workplace.
